Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are made-to-order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@popstaronline.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/personalized products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper care or accidental damage
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@popstaronline.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We will assess your request and provide further instructions if approved.
  3. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label (for eligible cases).

Note: We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
